- If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 business days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT hold responsibility for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
- If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

- For items that ship from our overseas suppliers, there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in foreign countries to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
- Herokon is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
